The box office is currently closed and opens May 8 at 10am. Between now and then you may purchase tickets online.

American Express, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Single Tickets
Tickets can be purchased at the theatre or by calling 877-250-2929. Tickets can also be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com.

Group Tickets
Arrangements for groups of 12 or more can be made by calling or emailing Nederlander Sales & Patron Services with the name of the show you wish to see, the performance you wish to attend, the desired price category, and the number of tickets you seek. Procedures and terms will be explained upon contact.

Star Performer Absenteeism:
Refunds are not granted in the event of cast replacements.

PATRON POLICIES

Dress Code:
There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performance, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air conditioned during the summer months.

Policy for Children:
HOLLER IF YA HEAR ME is recommended for ages 13 and up.

Late Seating Policy:
The seating procedure for latecomers varies by seat section. Generally speaking, late patrons are held at the back of the theatre and will be seated at the managements discretion.

Policy on Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in the Palace Theatre.

AMENITIES

Bar:
There are bars located on all levels of the theatre serving mixed drinks, sodas, and candy can be purchased.

The bars begin serving patrons one hour before the performance begins.

Restrooms:
Male and female restrooms are located in the Basement, Front Mezzanine and Balcony levels of the theatre.

Cloakroom:
Cloakroom service is available to patrons during the winter months.

ACCESS

Accessible Seating:
Accessible seating is available for this performance as indicated on the seating map. Subject to availability, accessible seating may be purchased online, over the phone or at the box office.

Wheelchair locations are available in every section of the theatre (pending availability). There is a limit of one wheelchair and companion seat per order. Non-accessible seats may also be purchased in the same transaction.

For guests with limited mobility, there are seats available with removable/folding armrests (“Aisle Transfer Seats”) in these locations: Orchestra A101,A124, C101,C120, D101, E120, F2, F101,G120,H2,H104; Mezzanine M102, O2,O123,O128; Balcony F115,H19,H26.

For guests with sight or hearing impairments, accessible seats are available in the Orchestra Row A 105-108.

Please be advised that the only rows in the theatre that do NOT require walking up or down stairs are: Center Orchestra Rows A & C, Orchestra Right Row D, Mezzanine Row O & P, and Balcony Row H. There is an elevator to the mezzanine and the balcony.

Wheelchair Accessible Restroom:
The Palace is equipped with wheelchair accessible restrooms on the Orchestra level.

Services for Patrons with Disabilities:
Theatre representatives are available to meet patrons with disabilities in the lobby of the building to escort them to designated wheelchair accessible areas.

Policy on Guide Dogs and Service Animals:
Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.

Sound Enhancement:
Headsets for sound augmentation are available at the theatre, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit.

SECURITY

Patron Security:
For the protection of our patrons, theatre managers and private security personnel are on duty during all performances.

Bag Checks:
Purses, briefcases, and large bags may be inspected upon arrival. For your convenience, we recommend refraining from bringing large bags to the theatre.
